Donation reports contain data related specifically to your donation fundraising campaigns. This article summarizes the data available at your finger-tips and (some of) their best uses.
The Reports section of your raisin account provides access to a wealth of data about your events on raisin. Under Common Reports and Donations Reports, you'll find reports that provide valuable insights specific to your Donations campaigns.
Credit Card Expiration Report
The Credit Card Expiration Report offers another way to manage recurring donors by providing a list of all recurring donors whose credit cards are set to expire soon. Search for a specific donor or view a list of all donors by specifying the number of months before expiry.
This report is a great tool for maintaining recurring donations by allowing you to target and reach out to donors before their credit cards expire. Click on a donor's name to view their user record where you can update their recurring donation record and update the credit card.
Tribute Cards Report
The Tribute Card report provides a list of all donors who have made a donation with a tribute ECard and basic information about the donation and tributee. The resulting table will show the names of the donor, tributee.
For a more detailed report, click Download to get an Excel file which includes all the details submitted by the donor at the time of donation as well as the donation amount and fund.
ECards Report
The ECards report is similar to the Tribute Cards report and provides a list of all donors who have made a donation with an eCard as well as more detailed information about the donation. The eCards report also allows you to update tribute details, and resend an eCard that was not successfully received.
Click on a donor's name to view their user record where you can find transaction and tax receipt information.
For a more detailed report, click Download to get an Excel file which includes all the details submitted by the donor at the time of donation, as well as the donation amount.
Donors & Surveys Download
The Donors & Surveys Download allows you to get an Excel file of all donors to an event within a specified date range. The Excel file includes all details submitted by the donor at the time of donation.
