Under the donor's user profile, you can adjust their honour roll details.
Using Manage Users, you can search up the donor's name to bring up their user profile. Once you're on their user profile you can do either of three things:
- Change their Name (if incorrect)
- Change their type to Organization (if a corporate donor)
- Change their honour roll settings to reflect a different name/nickname
We're going to focus on the third option. Pressing the Honour Roll Details on the right hand side will open the ability to adjust the multiple honour options. Here you can preview current options. As you can see in the example below, the participant name and the amount are both set to true. Clicking Edit, we have the option to show donor's name, which will make the amount anonymous to everyone except the participant. The amount only will make the donor anonymous to all except the participant. The other option allows us to select if we'd like our amount to show, but here we can add the spot for custom text. If we select the other option, then the custom text is what will show by default, which is where you can adjust the name or input a nickname.
