If you’d like to edit the Individual, Team or Group pages, a hot link is provided directly from within raisin admin to the individual page. The same is true for Team and Group Pages.
In the Website section of your event, you can establish default content on Participant, Team and Group pages that all fundraisers see when they first register.
From the Participant Centre, your participants have the ability to update their Personal or Team Page, customizing it with a page title, photos/videos and story of their own.
If you’d like to edit a specific Participant, Team or Group page on their behalf, you can do so directly within raisin Admin.
Participants & Teams
For Participants and Teams, search for the user in Manage Users or Manage Teams. Find the user and in their profile, select the "Edit Personal Page" or "Edit Team" link under Details.
Here, you'll have access to the Title (i.e. "Welcome to Diane's Page"), their gallery of photos/videos and personal story. Make the necessary changes and click "Save" in the top right corner.
Groups
For Multi-Pledge events, a specific Group page can be found be found in Manage Groups (or whatever you have labelled your group), and clicking the group's name.
When you are editing these individual pages, only the Content section of the CMS is available.
This means that you can add unique content and content blocks that will only be applied to that page, but the CSS and Page Settings are inherited from the event site. This includes the background or cover image, widgets (in square brackets) on the page, buttons and statistics.
Note: For Multi-Pledge events, the background or cover image is inherited from the Group that the Participant or Team has registered for, so it only needs to be edited once for all users in that group.
Recommended Specifications
The Website CMS will allow for images of most sizes, but for ideal display across devices, we recommend the following image specifications for areas on this page:
- Personal or Team images (i.e. media gallery): 320 pixels x 260 pixels (landscape orientation)
- Background cover image: 1650 pixels x 330 pixels with a recommended 60% dark tint overlay for text contrast
