The Transactions Report, Recurring Donors Download, Event Purchases Downloads, Donors & Survey Download and Card Expiration Report are useful for finding and tracking recurring donors
Recurring donors are your most dedicated, long-term supporters. There are various Reports and Downloads in raisin you can utilise to find and report on these donors. Depending on the information and amount of information you need, you may choose one of the following:
- Transactions Report
- Recurring Donors Download
- Events Purchases & Items Download or Multiple Events Purchases & Items Download
- Donors & Surveys Download
- Credit Card Expiration Report
Transactions Report
The Transactions Report lists all donation attempts in an event, including recurring donations that have processed successfully, been declined or are pending for the next scheduled date. To track your recurring donors in the Transactions Report (under Common Reports in the Reports section), search for the event where your recurring donors live, then adjust the Gift Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
Recurring Donors Download
The Recurring Donors Download is a CSV file containing all contact and gift information related to recurring donors who have first contributed in the last 14 months. All donors will be reported who have signed up during the specified time period will appear, regardless of whether their donations have processed successfully not.
The file can also be generated for one or multiple events where recurring donations have been made during this time period.
Events Purchases & Items Download or Multiple Events Purchases & Items Download
The Events Purchases & Items Download and Multiple Events Purchases & Items Downloads will display detailed donor and transaction information for successful recurring translations. To isolate for recurring gifts, sort the Frequency column (called GFInsFreq) for "Monthly", "Quarterly" and/or "Annually" to find all successful donations that are part of a recurring schedule.
Donors & Surveys Download
Under Donations, the Donors & Surveys and Download will show all donors in a given event. You can sort to find recurring donors, by filtering the Frequency column.
Credit Card Expiry Report
Keep up-to-date on the status of your recurring donor's credit cards and be proactive on cards coming up due with the Credit Card Expiry Report. To generate, enter in the number of months the card will expiry in and click to Generate. A table will appear below with all donors whose cards have expired or are close to expiring, along with a button to download in a .CSV file.
