      Integrating 360MatchPro by Double the Donation on Donations and Peer-to-Peer donation forms

      Unlock corporate gift matching opportunities during the donation experience in three easy steps.

      raisin proudly integrates with 360MatchPro by Double the Donation, the leading provider of matching gift software to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.

      The integration with 360MatchPro takes minutes to activate with a raisin and 360MatchPro account, and is currently available for one-time and tribute donations on our Donations and Peer-to-Peer modules.

      Prerequisites for 360MatchPro Account

      To enable the integration, you'll need:

      1. 360MatchPro account with Double the Donation
      2. Valid API Public Key from 360MatchPro
      3. Valid API Private Key from 360MatchPro

      Connect Your 360MatchPro Account 

      In General Setup, navigate to the Double the Donation tab under Integrations. Check the "Enable" box to enter your Public and Private Keys.

      Copy the Public Key and Private Key found in the Settings menu of your 360MatchPro account under "API Keys".

      Once added, click "Save" to validate your credentials... and that's it!

      If your API keys change for whatever reason, be sure to update them in raisin to ensure the integration can continue to function. 

      Add 360MatchPro Search to Live Events

      The first time you integrate with 360MatchPro on raisin, you'll be prompted with two options to add 360MatchPro to your Donations and Pledge/Multi-Pledge events:

      1. To expedite set up, you can opt to integrate 360MatchPro across all live events on the Donations, Pledge and Multi-Pledge module by selecting "Yes, activate for all live events." The system will find all live events and automatically apply the matching gift search tools to them.
      2. Choose to activate on an individual event basis later by selecting, "No, I'll activate manually."

      Activating or deactivating 360MatchPro on Individual Events

      With the integration active in General Setup, you'll now have the ability turn 360MatchPro on or off within your events as needed. The steps to add vary if you are activating within the Donations or Pledge/Multi-Pledge module:

      Donations module

      1. In a Donations event, go to Donation Options.
      2. Scroll to the Other Settings section at the bottom of the page.
      3. Check the box to "Enable corporate donation matching" 
      4. To take advantage of all of the matching streams in Double the Donation, including the Unknown company stream, check the box "Include transactions for Donors who have not entered an employer for gift matching".

      Peer-to-Peer (Pledge/Multi-Pledge)

      1. In Pledge or Multi-Pledge event, navigate to Sponsorship Levels, where suggested donation amounts are established.
      2. Scroll to Double the Donation - 360 Match Pro.
      3. Check the box "Enable corporate donation matching"
      4. To take advantage of all of the matching streams in 360MatchPro, including the Unknown Company stream, check the box "Include transactions for Donors who have not entered an employer for gift matching".

      On the Donation Form

      When enabled, an "Employer Gift Matching" box that contains 360MatchPro's corporate gift matching search will automatically appear on the one-time Donation form between the Donation Amount and Donor Information sections.

      For one-time tribute gifts, the Employer Gift Matching section is placed after Tribute options (e.g. eCard or Printed Card). Monthly gifts are not eligible for matching at this time.

      The search allows donors to type the name of their company and/or choose from the list that displays below.

      Once a company is selected, a message is presented back to the donor with the details of the matching program their employer offers.

      At this time, only companies found in Double the Donation's database can proceed with matching.

      If applicable to the company, we'll also display the full potential of their gift matching (e.g. "Company X offers a gift match of X% with a minimum donation eligible of $X, up a maximum of $X") to encourage a donor's to increase their donation amount and maximize the opportunities their company offers. 

      On the Success Page

      After completing their donor information and submitting their gift, the Successful page you've customized through the Website Builder will appear as expected.

      To ensure the donor is fully aware of the steps to complete their matching gift, a contextual block of gift matching information provided by 360MatchPro will appear below your custom content.

      Messages are generated by Double the Donation and unique per company. Messages cannot be changed. Where possible message content on the form has been translated, but some French donors may experience mixed content. Apologies have been added for French visitors.

      360MatchPro Dashboard

      The integration will also push donation information from eligible gifts into your 360MatchPro account so that you can take advantage of the magic their leading gift matching tools have to offer. The following information is available:

      • Donation Amount
      • Donation Date
      • Donor Email
      • Selected Company

      Use the robust back-end reporting and tracking tools in 360MatchPro to provide accurate match information, and quick assessment of top opportunities received to date. Customized and automated messaging based on three pre-configured email marketing streams can also be configured that remind donors of the matching opportunities available to them and guide them through their company’s steps to submit for gift matching.
