My export timed out or crashed. Can I get it back?

Exports can only be pulled once, in order to help reduce duplicates data. However, your Account Manager can assist with retrieving the missing report.

When you Export Data, you can select the type and Max Export Date you'd like to retrieve data until, with a maximum of approximately 3000 records per file.

Once that report is pulled, the system won't allow you to re-pull that information. This is done to ensure you're receiving only new or recently modified records, and not pulling duplicate data that you've already exported in the past.

If, for whatever reason, you need to access that file again, your Account Manager can void past export files and reset the data that you pulled previously.

Since you're re-pulling this data for a second time, we recommend reviewing the data in order to ensure you're not recording duplicates.
