What is a Campaign Code and how does it affect my event?
The Campaign Code allows you to set a code for you to look back on later on, which could be unique to this particular event or unique to a set of signature events.
The Campaign Code is located under the Payment and Fundraising Information. For pledge events however, it's located under the Event Details. The campaign code allows you to set a code for you to look back on later on, which could be unique to this particular event or unique to a set of signature events. Under the Export Data/Report Downloads, the campaign code will show up within the first few columns. This allows you to filter and sort the data accordingly based on the campaign code. That being said, there are other codes you could base a search of off; however, the campaign code is useful if you want to compare multiple events against each other. Since some organizations have different preferences, the Campaign Code is not a requirement.
