      Testing the automatic export for your events.

      You have the ability to set up your events and test the data flowing through to your DPO database while in Test Mode.

      Prior to your event going live, you will have the ability to setup your events and test that the data is flowing through to your DonorPerfect database as expected. To mitigate the number of “test” or dummy data going into DonorPerfect, we have set it up to export one record at a time during the test phase. The system will automatically export the latest record to be added/updated while in Test Mode.

      To test the integration go to:

      1. In your event, go to the DonorPerfect menu item on the left-hand side, found under Integration.
      2. The most recent record (Participant, Donor or Volunteer) added while in Test Mode will be displayed.
      3. Click the "Export Last Test Record to DonorPerfect" button.
      4. The record will be immediately exported into DonorPerfect, and will then appear below the Last Exported Record.

      Note: When you switch the raisin event to live, all test data will be deleted from this event in raisin. Please be sure, to manually delete any test data you send to DonorPerfect from your DonorPerfect account. The system will not automatically do this for you.
