What dimensions should I use when adding images in legacy event modules?

Using some of our legacy modules and templates? These templates use static images added through the WYSWIG editor found in Edit Content.

Recommended dimensions are:

Template 1 - Deprecated:

The homepage and interior page banner should have a width of 800 px and variable height (recommended 260px). Button images are 210 px width.

Template 2 - Deprecated:

The homepage banner should have a width of 572 px and variable height (recommended 207 px). At these specs, the vertical main menu is 198 px in width - but will expand based on the size of your image. Button images are 210 px width.

Pledge Template 3 - Deprecated:

Desktop:

The homepage banner is 625 px x 214 px. The region to the right of the main image is 270px x 210px. If setting call-to-actions for Register, Sponsor and Login, it's recommend each button is 270px x 70x. On interior pages, the banner is 960 px x 214 px.

Mobile:

Homepage banner should be approximately 800 px x 265 px. The Identity image in General – Common Region varies depending on the image orientation (landscape vs. portrait), but typically, we advise an image no taller than 100 px.

Pledge - Template 4:

Desktop:

The homepage banner is responsive within a constrain proportions of 16:9 aspect ratio. The maximum size for the homepage banner should be 1650 px x 526 px. If your display resolution is smaller, the image will re-scale to fix your screen size proportionately.

Interior banners (on Team and Participant pages) will behave the same as the homepage with a slightly shorter height. The max size for the interior banners is 1650 px x 330 px with a recommended 60% black tint overlay for text contrast.

See template 3 above. Banners on interior pages are responsive based on desktop content.
