What’s the offline donation user profile field for?
You as the admin, are able to enter in offline donations for your event.
You as the admin, are able to enter offline donations for your event. You’re able to set mandatory fields to ensure all offline donations have certain information entered by the individual inputting the donation. This helps reduce some errors when inputting donations, which may be receipted offline.
Offline Donor for Administration Profile
You can control the fields input by a user or administrator for offline donations entered in raisin. Similar to the Purchaser or Donor User Profile Fields, you can customize your administrator’s Offline Donations form with all the fields at your disposal, including the 5 custom fields.
Note: Email Address is a system field that is automatically mandatory when Tax Receipt is set to yes, and not mandatory when it is not. Email Address is currently set to “Show.” In order for this functionality to work, please do not change this setting.
