The confirmation/success page that all supporters reach is fully editable through the Website Builder for enhanced stewardship.
Donor stewardship happens in so many ways: thank you emails, follow up messages, phone calls, direct mail ... and more.
In the Website Builder, the "Successful" page (sometimes referred to as a "thank you" page, an end page, or a confirmation page) that all visitors reach after completing a User Flow to support your cause are fully customizable. The customizable Success page is a powerful stewardship opportunity immediately after an individual chooses to get involved with your mission.
Understanding that you may wish to speak to different types of supporters differently and differently across campaigns, Successful pages may be personalized uniquely for the below modules (campaign types) and constituent types. You can have different Successful pages per constituent type and per campaign.
- Peer-to-Peer (Pledge / Multi-Pledge):
- Participants
- Individual
- Team Member
- Team Captain
- Donor (to Participant, Team, Group and Event)
- Store Purchaser
- Volunteer
- Participants
- Donations
- Donor
- Ticketing:
- Purchaser (Registration and Sponsorship)
- Donor

Finding the "Successful" page
Unless you've moved a flow into the navigation, the above actions will be found in the Pages section of the Website Builder, and under User Flows.
A plus-sign ("+") will sit next to each Flow, which allows you to expand to see every page that a user might visit as they complete the selected action – from entering Profile details to a Successful gift or if the transaction attempt fails.
Here's where to find the Donation Success page:
Below, in a Peer-to-Peer campaign, the Individual participant flow has been fully expanded, but Team Member and Team Captain have not:
Updating the Successful page
The Successful page operates like any other page in the campaign site, meaning that the full power of the Website Builder's Sections, library of draggable Content Blocks and even code can be employed to create a memorable "thank you" for your supporters.
To update, then, it's as simple as adding the Section or grabbing the block(s) you need into the page, like so:
Some content suggestions are below for inspiration.
Important: Successful pages for flows where donors are completed monetary transactions should always include the [transaction:code]
merge field somewhere on the page.
System content
Every Successful page also contains hard-coded "System Content". The System Content exists to ensure key elements of the page are always present for supporters to interact with.
System content varies by Flow:
- Donation:
- Social share widget that includes a Print option
- Button to Download a Tax Receipt, if applicable
- Participant:
- Social share widget
- "Start Fundraising Now" button to advance fundraiser to the logged in Participant Centre
- Button to Download a Tax Receipt, if applicable
- Purchaser (Ticketing):
- Button to Update Attendees (Manage Guest List)
- Button to Download tickets
- Button to Download tax receipt, if applicable
Double the Donation Plug-In for Corporate Gift Matching
Additionally, if you've enabled 360MatchPro by Double the Donation, the plug-in will also appear for donors to find their company's match instructions and/or will display next steps from the matched company so that they can fulfill the gift.
